Loan Goat Inc. is a veteran owned hard money lender in San Diego, funding residential and commercial real estate across the country with California and Arizona as home markets. The old site was a brochure for a lender doing serious volume. The rebuild had to carry the whole catalogue, every market they lend in and the proof behind it, without losing a single URL that was already ranking.
A catalogue, not a brochure
Nine loan programs, twenty product pages and a page for every market they lend in: 909 pages in all, generated from structured content, so a new program or a new state is a content entry rather than a redesign.
Nothing that ranked was lost
All 32 URLs of the old site redirect to a live page, in both their slashed and bare forms, and every canonical, sitemap entry and structured data URL points at the www domain the old site already preferred.
The proof sits in the design
One and a half billion dollars funded and a 5.0 rating across more than 150 Google reviews are part of the layout rather than a badge strip, and the map of where they lend is a projected SVG, not a picture, so it stays sharp at any size.
